Trenton T. Leigh majored in History at the University of Florida, graduating in 2008. Thereafter, he attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2011. While in law school, Mr. Leigh clerked for a local law firm, gaining early practical civil litigation experience. Upon graduating from law school, Trenton returned to his hometown of Tampa to practice law, where he initially practiced in consumer bankruptcy law, real estate, and mortgage foreclosure litigation. He is admitted in Florida state and federal courts and has received pro hac vice admission in out of state jurisdictions.
Before joining Solomon Law Group, Mr. Leigh practiced insurance subrogation for some of the largest insurance companies in Florida, exposing him to a breadth of legal issues, including products liability, construction defect, professional malpractice, and mass tort cases. He has handled appeals before the Florida Second District Court of Appeal, as well as both jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts. Along with his diverse range of practical litigation experience, Mr. Leigh brings a top-tier proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing, all of which make him an indispensable addition to our firm’s commercial litigation department.
